This event will be held outside, in a secluded area at a park. It will be a BYOP (Bring Your Own Picnic) event.
Dont forget your lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, a lil picnic, and even some wine!
Journaling is a very important activity during healing, so also bring you a beautiful journal/notebook to document some very important insights that you might gain.
